Q 1: Could Congress Studio Venezia also operate in destinations other than those in the Venice area?

A: Yes indeed, beside Venice and the Triveneto region, we are well able to meet our clients requirements in destinations other than in our own immediate area. Our team members frequently participate in educational and training courses, both national and international, which provide an opportunity to exchange useful information and find out about different locations and facilities.

A: Of course.
As a Venice-based Destination Management Company, we have an intimate knowledge of our beautiful city and its environs, and possess and intricate network of first-rate contacts. We know exactly what is available here, and can suggest a variety of economically suitable possibilities - which actually do exist!
We can tell you, for example, those periods in the year when the hotels in the old city centre offer lower rates, and also which days in the week are the most favourably priced. It may be worthwhile, too, opting for accommodation on the mainland. Sometimes a move of a day or of a few kilometres can provide significant savings.

Q 3: As far as the social programme is concerned, could something different from the usual guided tour be proposed?

A: We should point out that a tour programme organized by Congress Studio Venezia, and conducted by some of our top guides, is something quite out of the ordinary.
Nonetheless, for participants who would rather be "doing" something other than sightseeing and listening, we can, of course, offer something different in the form of creative laboratories, role-playing games, team-building activities, business-theatre sessions etc..

A: We are pleased to confirm that Venice can indeed welcome large events. As far as hotel accommodations are concerned, beside the traditional world famous hotels, several new hotels have opened in the last few years with a variety of modern rooms ranging from luxury to efficient, money driven accommodations. As for the venues, Venice largest conference forum has completed its renovation and expansion with state-of-the-art meeting space up to 4000 delegates.
